Houses built on the existing terrain.

On the west end of the hills, a different property owner is building houses on the hillside.

Glenn Odegard is building homes on the western hill. He has been very easy to talk to and invited
a few of us out to give us a tour of his property and talk about his plans.
I hiked up the hill with Glenn as he filled me in on some details about his project.
Everything is being done with the existing terrain in mind.

This project is a great use of this fantastic property, without destroying the hills.
